found out that a new tea shop had opened in Lewes which at the time
was perfect has I was back visiting to get a dose of homely medicine.
It had not long been opened, I think about a week and at the time I
was super sickly and the weather couldn't make up its mind between
blissful sun spells or down pours of hail stones. Open entering VRAC
the seating seemed little to none with every seat occupied, it was
good to see a start up business doing so well in to its first week of
running. In a hiccup of time the place slowly emptied and mum and I
had the place to ourselves, which was perfect, quite literally my cup
of tea. The place was tranquil, heavenly, perhaps the most perfect
tea escape I've ever had. I sipped my Vanilla Black and watched the
world go by with the soundtrack of Red Hot Chilli Peppers behind my
ears. The tea was so good I purchased a bag to take back to London
with me and it has been my saviour ever since.
